What is wrong with me?
All women have struggled with body image and weight more than once. For many of us, this constant battle against ourselves becomes so overwhelming and exhausting that it takes over almost everything else in our life.

I can’t lose weight, no matter what I do
I’ve gotten to the point where I think I should probably give up. I’ve been dieting for as long as I can remember, and it didn’t work. I’ve never been skinny, and most of my family is overweight. My metabolism is slow. It’s a lost battle. I think i will be needing some kind of a high voltage detox

I know what to do, I just can’t do it
I know which foods are good for me and which are not, I know about carbs, sugar, and calories. And knowing all of this makes me feel even worse about myself because I can’t make it work.

I’m tired of dieting and exercising
I don't like dieting. I feel deprived and hungry all the time! I am tired of losing weight and gaining it back so quickly. I also know that exercise would help, and I did start many times. But I can’t find the time to do it consistently, and when I have the time, I’m usually too tired. Some kind of skinny fit detox tea will be good for me

When I’m stressed or sad
I binge

I usually eat pretty well, but then something stressful comes up, and I just can’t control myself. There’s something stronger than me that forces me to stuff myself with food. I wish I knew how to control it. I really beat myself up after. I think i need some kind of emotional eating therapy

I’m afraid I will struggle with my weight all my life
Sometimes I ask myself if I will ever have a good relationship with food or enjoy eating ever again. I think that I will be needing some kind of a emotional eating coach because my problems with weight are always in the back of my mind; no matter what I do, they’re always there. I’m afraid I will never feel free in my life.

I want to feel good in my own skin
I really wish I could feel confident about my body, that I could like what I see in the mirror. I’m tired of feeling self-conscious, constantly wondering whether people are looking at me or judging me. If I had the body that I wanted, I could be happier and love myself. I suffer from digestive issues that make me uncomfortable
I’ve got digestion issues that don’t seem to get better, not even with medication. I feel bloated most of the time, sometimes bloating during ovulation and I also suffer from a lack of energy and multiple intolerances. I didn’t always have these problems, and they seem to get worse with age.

I think my life should be better and more fulfilling
I sometimes feel like I’m a failure; I can’t control my weight or anything else in my life. I feel like I’ve wasted my time and that my life should be different. I feel unworthy, but I pretend everything is ok.
