Smoothies are such an easy way to improve your health.  They are easy to make on the run and help you meet your dietary goals without a lot of meal prep.  Plus they are delicious - think beyond making green smoothies.  


How does the challenge work?

The rules are simple: make a smoothie every day for seven days that includes one or two big handfuls of greens (spinach, kale, whatever you like!). 


How Do I Participate?

Follow Along: Follow along with us as we make one smoothie each day! Try it in the morning as a quick breakfast, or as a mid-afternoon snack. Be creative!


Share a picture: To make sure you stick to the 7-Day Challenge, we want to see your selfies or a pic of your smoothie!
