This program is designed to get rid once and for all of food cravings that arise especially in times of stress. This type of eating compulsion has really nothing to do with food at all. In fact, most people suffering from uncontrollable food cravings know perfectly what is good for them. This magnifies even more the guilt they feel afterwards. 

Over these 7 weeks the goal will be to find and release the emotional pattern that keeps causing your food cravings or compulsive eating.The release will be both on a mental level, in the form of limiting beliefs and self destructive mental chatter as well as a physical/energetic level. If you suffered a trauma or you have a particularly sabotaging emotional pattern, these will be stored in your body in the form of energy blockages which can create pain or more stress and anxiety. When we get rid of the energetic blockages in the body the mind responds immediately.

After this program you will finally feel free from the slavery of food cravings and will feel lighter in the body as well as in your mind and heart. Your mindset will be completely reprogrammed so that you will automatically make different choices. You will also be given a personalized nutritional plan with a focus on foods that help to relax the nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety as well as your convenience.

You are what you eat - 3 months  food education and planning program

Description

 This program is focused on nutrition. We all know in general that veggies are good for you and donuts not so much, but most people do not know which foods are actually the best for them as unique individuals. What is good for you might not be good for someone else, even if we’re talking about health foods like broccoli or carrots or kale. To be able to achieve our weight and health goals we need to go deeper into the understanding of our very unique constitution and discover which foods will actually help us to get where we want to be and which would be better left at the supermarket. This is because you might find out that you’re slightly intolerant to certain things and that they’re not doing you good at all. These foods might be causing digestive problems such as bloating (this happens especially after eating raw vegetables) or IBS. We also have to consider that if your diet has been rich in processed food or red meat for along time, or maybe you’ve taken medication or antibiotics frequently your gut flora might have been disrupted. This situation is actually quite common and it can bring a lot of added problems such as lack of energy, depression, anxiety and mood swings. With this program we will investigate your eating habits as well as your symptoms and possible emotional triggers. There are usually 2 reasons for which at some point you might want to have a single online session with me. 

It happens sometimes that weeks or months after completing a program you may happen to suffer from some other problem unrelated to weight loss like pains or some emotional difficulty. But because you have completed the program before you now know how much energy and emotional patterns can affect your body and your life, so you want to approach the problem the way you now know that makes sense. That’s when you may decide that you want to have another session with me and use the same powerful techniques to solve your problem.

The second reason for which you could want to have a single session is to have some extra help that you feel can be offered in one or two single sessions.
