What does it happen during a typical online session of one of your programs?

 

When you break down the program to every single session, you can see that the general aim of them is to tune into your physical as well as emotional and energetic body and to re-establish flow and balance where it is needed. The body itself gives us the information to understand what it needs to come back to its natural balance and healthy state. It is not a matter of adding some new information, rather a matter of getting rid of all the blockages we have accumulated by being "contracted" in our mind. 

 

How many BodyTalk System®/Psych-K® healing session will I get with your programs?

 

The actual amount of healing sessions you will get will depend on the program you chose to embark on and from your very personal needs. In general, though, about 50 % of the time of the online sessions is dedicated to healing and the use of either BodyTalk Systems® or Psych-K® techniques. 

 

 

Should I book an individual session instead of a program?

 

If you feel uncertain whether to commit to a whole healing journey to reach your weight loss goals, you can book an individual session to try my method out. However, you should know that one session will not be enough to see results or work with deep emotional blockages (which are usually layered), train you about the best food habits that work for you, and unlock your potential. That's why single sessions are usually the best options for people who have already gone through a program and just wish to have a "boost" or extra help on a specific problem they might stumble on later on. 

 

 

What does "Viví la Vida" mean?

 

"Viví la vida" literally means "live life" in Argentinian Spanish,  as I am from Argentina. It also plays with the fact that my name, Viviana,  means "life" and "Viví" is my nickname since I was a little girl.

 

 

Are distance healing sessions effective?

 

A long-term study on the effects of distance BodyTalk System® sessions has been published in the Journal of Pain Management. 

The study investigated whether people with chronic pain conditions showed improvements in pain, emotional factors, and overall health measures following eight weekly distance BodyTalk treatments.

 

This initial evaluation of BodyTalk suggests that distance work is effective in reducing pain level as well as emotional symptoms associated with long-term chronic pain, including anxiety.

How does a distant session work?

 

Distant healing sessions are based on Quantum Physics, which has provided an understanding of the connection existing between time and space. In Quantum Physics, everything is connected to everything as part of a continuous whole. For this reason, distance does not affect the effectiveness of treatment.

 

 

Do I need to do anything in particular to prepare myself before having a session?

 

The only thing you could do beforehand to save time during your session is to fill out your consent form and send it to the email address vivialbarracin@hotmail.com at least 48h before the scheduled session. 

 

 

What do I need in order to be able to have a distant session?

 

You just need a reliable internet connection, a computer, a tablet, or a smartphone to do a video call and a comfortable chair or space to lie down. Bluetooth headphones or earphones are recommended but not essential. 

 

 

What happens if I fall asleep during a session?

 

If you fall asleep, it will be absolutely ok as it will not interfere with the treatment. It will actually mean that you could get so relaxed that you fell asleep! Relaxing is always a good thing during distant healing sessions. If you want to avoid falling asleep, you can let me know at the beginning of the session so that we can agree on ways I can help you stay awake.

 

 

Do I need to believe in the effectiveness of these sessions for them to work?

 

Sessions with me are a mix of coaching, holistic nutrition advice, and energy healing to release your emotional blockages around food and body weight.

You don’t need to believe in energy healing for it to be effective. Many energy healing techniques have been successfully applied to pets and animals like horses, whose belief system was not previously evaluated ;)

However,  keeping an open mind will help, as feeling rejection creates a contraction in the mind that is reflected as a contraction in the body. Keeping a neutral and relaxed mind and body will make the whole process smoother and faster.

 

 

How will I feel while receiving distant healing?

 

People can experience a wide range of feelings and sensations while receiving distant healing. These could be feelings of cold or heat, tingling, and physical or emotional release. Very common bodily reactions are yawning or stomach gurgling. You might also experience a sensation of lightness or heaviness, sleepiness, calm, and relaxation, as well as some momentary discomfort in some parts of the body. All of these are completely normal reactions. I will remind you to inform me if you’re experiencing any feeling or sensation as this bodily feedback is very helpful! You might also not feeling anything at all, and this doesn’t mean that the healing is not happening. Different people have different levels of awareness about their bodies. Simply stay open and aware of what you’re feeling or not feeling, without judgment.

 

 

What will I feel after a session?

 

It is important that you monitor how you feel both physically and emotionally during a few days after a session. If you have physical symptoms, they can ease off as well as shift or move from one part of the body to another; this is normal and part of the healing process. You may also notice that your usual attitudes or emotional responses are different. Please remember to take note of all that you notice. 

People that are particularly sensitive to energy might feel heat, cold or tingling sensations in the body for a few days after the session.

 

 

Is there anything I should do after a session?

 

If during the session, you received some energy healing, it is important that you drink a few extra glasses of water during the following days to help flush the toxins from the body. Also, some extra rest for the body is usually good, at least on the day of the session.

Please keep in mind that the success of your program will also depend on your own motivation and resoluteness to make the changes you need to make to have a different life. At the end of each session, I will give you some homework or recommendations to follow.   Although they will always be very small and easy to manage, you need to put them in place if you want to get the results you wish to achieve at the time of the program.

 

 

Are your sessions and programs covered by insurance?

 

Unfortunately, they aren't. Most alternative treatments are still not entirely accepted by mainstream insurance policies, but I hope this will change in the future as the evidence of their effectiveness grows as well as the interest of the scientific community to study the energetic system of the body. 

 

 

Are payment plans available for your programs?

 

Yes, every program can be paid either in full before starting the program or in 3 or 6 installments, with the first one paid before the first session, while the other will be billed the following months.
