Vegan Mango Ice-Cream

Another healthy way to satisfy your sugar cravings. It is creamy, healthy ,and easy to make!






Ingredients:


  • 3 cups frozen mangos

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 
1 tablespoon maple syrup ( optional)

Note: Add 1 can (14 ounces) full fat coconut milk, in the fridge overnight. After being refrigerated overnight, open the can and scoop the solids of the coconut cream out.


Instructions:

  • Add mangos to a blender. Blend until crumbly .

  • Add coconut milk and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.

  • If you like super soft ice cream , enjoy immediately. If you want your ice cream firm and scoop able: pour into a freezer-friendly, airtight container.

  • Freeze for 3-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

  • Toppings : walnuts and maple syrup .Enjoy!!
